Lead pursuit and preconstruction planning for municipal water and wastewater projects, including proposal support, design coordination, constructability reviews, risk mitigation, and GMP budget development. Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant construction or engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least seven years of municipal water/wastewater construction or design experience. Candidates should have prior project management experience, GMP pricing exposure, collaborative delivery experience, strong communication and cost/schedule skills, and a valid driver's license.
