Lead end-to-end UX research studies for client accounts, selecting appropriate methods, recruiting participants, moderating research, and turning findings into accurate insights and recommendations. Manage client relationships and project delivery, while mentoring researchers and report writers and helping establish team research standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research studies for client accounts, selecting appropriate methods, recruiting participants, moderating research, and turning findings into accurate insights and recommendations. Manage client relationships and project delivery, while mentoring researchers and report writers and helping establish team research standards and practices.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of UX research experience, a record of leading studies from research question through recommendations, and strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods. Candidates should be fluent in English, experienced with senior stakeholders and concurrent projects, and have mentoring or review experience plus familiarity with Qualtrics or similar tools.
