Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify friction, develop design hypotheses, and create interface variants for experimentation. Design and optimize user journeys, run and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, measure business impact, document findings, and promote CRO practices across product, marketing, data, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior using analytics tools to pinpoint friction points
- Formulate design hypotheses and create variant screens for empirical testing
- Set up, run, and interpret continuous A/B and multivariate experiments
- Design fluid, highâperformance interfaces in Figma aligned with the existing design system
- Apply cognitiveâpsychology levers (visual hierarchy, reassurance, badges, clarity) to boost actions
- Write and optimize microcopy for buttons, titles, and forms
- Measure business impact of each iteration and evangelize CRO culture across teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Growth Designer
- Experience in eâcommerce, FinTech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, ContentSquare, Hotjar)
- Handsâon experience with A/B testing platforms (AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO)
- Understanding of cognitive psychology, information architecture, and conversionâfocused UX writing
- Ability to communicate findings and influence crossâfunctional teams
