Lead end-to-end UX design for digital lending products, conducting research and testing and creating deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. Govern design patterns and accessibility standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design decisions to stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and create consistent external-facing marketing and sales assets.

Govern design patterns and accessibility standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design decisions to stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and create consistent external-facing marketing and sales assets.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or a related field, plus 8 or more years of UX design experience, preferably in fintech. Candidates should have expertise in Figma and Axure, research and prototyping, design systems, WCAG 2.2 AA, AI tools, visual design, and cross-functional communication; English fluency is required.
