Audit existing responsive e-commerce journeys, identify friction points using data, and design optimized user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Plan and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, drive continuous improvements, collaborate with product managers and developers, and document responsive design practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct responsive UX audits of existing eâcommerce flows, analyze data, and identify friction points
- Create user flows, wireframes, and multiâscreen prototypes optimized for performance
- Define, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with Product and Data teams
- Iteratively improve designs based on test results and user feedback
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to ensure feasibility and quality
- Document and disseminate responsive ergonomics best practices and contribute to design system governance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience
- Proven experience designing eâcommerce funnels (authentication, registration, delivery, payment)
- Strong analytical skills to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into design decisions
- Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and FigJam (or equivalents)
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as ContentSquare
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (RGAA)
- Bachelorâs degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
