Requirements
- Several years of consumer product design experience, with the ability to guide junior designers and a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design, shipped work, and positive product impact. Candidates should have experience taking work from research and prototyping through launch, improving product-wide design quality, using AI tools, simplifying complex journeys, and collaborating effectively in a fast-moving startup.
