Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions, and use findings to guide design decisions. Create and collaborate on user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs across digital platforms while advocating for accessible, user-centered experiences.

Create and collaborate on user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs across digital platforms while advocating for accessible, user-centered experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates need experience in UX design, research, interaction design, or a related discipline, along with proficiency in Figma and the ability to produce and communicate UX deliverables. Strong collaboration and communication skills, a portfolio with case studies, and the ability to work remotely from the United States are required; a related bachelor's degree and Agile or mobile design experience are preferred.
