Requirements
- A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, Design, or a related field is sought, along with initial UX or CX research experience. Candidates should know qualitative research methods, have a basic understanding of survey design and statistics, communicate findings clearly, work in a structured way, and be fluent in German and English; A/B testing experience is an advantage.
