Sr. UX Designer, Senior Talent and Transformation (STT)

The Senior UX Designer will define the vision for AI-native tools and lead the design of end-to-end product experiences for senior leadership. They will facilitate executive work sessions, develop prototypes, and mentor junior designers to raise the overall design bar.

Responsibilities

• Set UX vision and influence strategic product roadmap
• Develop working prototypes to iterate quickly
• Facilitate work sessions with senior executives
• Own design of end‑to‑end product experiences and features
• Lead design through discovery, development, and launch phases
• Champion human‑centered design culture and best practices
• Drive collaboration with cross‑functional partners to propose new ideas
• Model Amazon Leadership Principles and raise design standards
• Coach and mentor junior designers toward leadership roles
• Create and promote design guidelines, processes, and tools

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Online portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX work
• Expertise in user interface design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience across the full product lifecycle from strategy to launch
• Ability to provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
