Requirements
- The role requires proven lead product design experience, strong Figma skills, and a track record of scaling design systems and defining their governance, architecture, and standards. Candidates should be able to lead cross-functional work, influence senior stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and have working knowledge of SAFe.
