Design Manager (Wastewater Non-Infrastructure)

Manage the design and delivery of wastewater treatment and non-infrastructure projects across AMP8, coordinating process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines while overseeing programmes, resources, risks, and budgets. Promote safe, sustainable, digitally enabled, and buildable solutions; support bids and client relationships; and mentor engineers and designers.

- Manage the design and delivery of wastewater treatment and non-infrastructure projects across AMP8, coordinating process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines while overseeing programmes, resources, risks, and budgets. Promote safe, sustainable, digitally enabled, and buildable solutions; support bids and client relationships; and mentor engineers and designers.
Requirements
- A degree in civil, mechanical, process, or related engineering and Chartered Engineer status, or progress toward chartership, are sought. Candidates should bring extensive UK water-sector wastewater design experience, senior design leadership in frameworks or alliances, knowledge of treatment processes, TotEx and Ofwat drivers, NEC3/NEC4 contracts, BIM, sustainability, and commercial delivery.
