Design Manager (Wastewater Non-Infrastructure)

Manage the design and delivery of wastewater treatment and non-infrastructure projects across AMP8, coordinating process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines from optioneering through commissioning support. Lead programme, budget, risk, safety, sustainability, and client activities while developing teams and supporting bids and framework growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design and delivery of wastewater treatment and non-infrastructure projects across AMP8, coordinating process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and ICA disciplines from optioneering through commissioning support. Lead programme, budget, risk, safety, sustainability, and client activities while developing teams and supporting bids and framework growth.
Requirements
- Applicants should hold a degree in civil, mechanical, process, or a related engineering discipline and be chartered or working toward chartership. They should have extensive UK water-sector wastewater design experience, senior design leadership in collaborative frameworks, knowledge of treatment processes and Ofwat drivers, and experience with NEC contracts, BIM, sustainability, commercial control, and client engagement.
