Requirements
- Candidates should have senior product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating shipped end-to-end work, clear rationale, outcomes, and polished execution. They should be skilled in research, product thinking, designing for regulated complexity, stakeholder collaboration, independent ownership, AI-assisted workflows, and delivering quickly without compromising quality.
