The UX Designer will define and champion user-centric experiences across B2B and B2C platforms by conducting discovery and gathering customer insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces, create prototypes, and ensure all deliverables meet brand and accessibility standards.

Requirements
- Candidates must have postsecondary education in UX Design or equivalent experience along with 1-2 years of professional design experience. Proficiency in tools like Figma and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and information architecture are required.

The Ontario Cannabis Store is a Crown agency solely owned by the Province of Ontario and reporting to the Ministry of Finance.
