The Product Designer will conduct UX audits and design optimized user flows for e-commerce paths including authentication, delivery, and payment. They will also collaborate with Product Managers and developers to implement data-driven improvements and ensure design quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct responsive UX audits of existing eâcommerce journeys, analyze data, identify friction points, and propose improvements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and multiâscreen prototypes (mobile, tablet, desktop) focused on performance.
- Define, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests in partnership with Product and Data teams.
- Iteratively improve the user experience based on test results and dataâdriven insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Document and disseminate responsive ergonomics best practices and contribute to design system documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design (BAC+5 level).
- Proven experience designing eâcommerce funnels (login, registration, delivery, payment).
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative user insights to drive design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing.
- Expert proficiency with Figma and FigJam (or equivalents).
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as ContentSquare.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (RGAA).
- Bonus: experience with usability testing, interviews, heuristic analysis, and design system governance.
