- Own design for Stordâs WMS, TMS, and warehouse operational tools, creating efficient workflows for inventory, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and exception handling across handheld, desktop, and tablet interfaces. Conduct user research and usability testing, prototype and iterate with AI design tools, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and measure design outcomes against operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years designing complex B2B or operational software, along with strong Figma, prototyping, user research, and usability-testing skills. The role also calls for high-fidelity execution, clear design storytelling, technical collaboration, and the ability to learn or understand logistics and warehouse operations; logistics or specialized-device design experience is a plus.
