- Lead the strategy, vision, and end-to-end design of Senseâs core AI surfaces, including Sense Analyst, its object model, and inline visualizations. Define quality and trust standards for AI-generated output, partner with product and engineering on agentic workflows and roadmap decisions, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Requires staff-level product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS, and hands-on experience shipping AI or agentic features such as chat, generative output, memory, or personalization. Candidates should be able to reason about underlying data models, deliver zero-to-one work in ambiguous spaces with business impact, and influence cross-functional teams; experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is also expected.
