You will analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify friction points and optimize key user journeys. You will design and implement A/B tests and data-driven interface improvements to maximize business performance and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior using GA4, Mixpanel, Contentsquare and Hotjar to identify friction points
- Formulate design hypotheses and create screen variants for empirical testing
- Set up, run and evaluate continuous experiments (A/B, multivariate) with AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Optimizely or VWO
- Design fluid, highâperformance interfaces in Figma that align with the existing design system
- Apply cognitiveâpsychology and nudge techniques (visual hierarchy, reassurance badges, clear offers) to increase conversions
- Write and optimise microâcopy for buttons, titles and forms (UX writing & copywriting)
- Measure business impact of each iteration, document learnings and promote CRO culture across teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or Growth Designer, preferably in eâcommerce, FinTech or SaaS
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including components and design systems
- Handsâon experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, Hotjar)
- Proven track record in A/B testing and using experimentation platforms (AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO)
- Deep understanding of cognitive psychology, information architecture and conversionâfocused UX writing
- Ability to communicate results and collaborate with product managers, developers and marketing teams
