Design and develop intuitive, consistent, and scalable digital banking products for mobile and desktop using the bank’s Design System. Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, contribute to UX research and testing, analyze research findings, and apply relevant UX/UI trends and financial-sector regulations.
Responsibilities
- Present and argue design solutions to stakeholders from both business value and user experience perspectives
- Participate in UX research conducted by a dedicated research team, including preparing research materials and testing solutions
- Create mock‑ups, interactive prototypes and concepts for mobile and desktop applications using the bank's Design System
- Analyse UX research outcomes (qualitative and quantitative) and translate findings into concrete design decisions
- Design and develop banking products with focus on consistency, scalability and intuitive interfaces
- Monitor UX/UI trends and implement design practices compliant with financial sector regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including creating mock‑ups, interactive prototypes and working with a Design System
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative UX research results and turn them into design decisions
- Experience designing mobile and desktop applications with responsive web design principles
- Fluent Polish language skills
- Willingness to attend occasional project meetings in Warsaw (approximately once a week)
