- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, translating findings into clear recommendations that improve mobile banking and customer experiences. Advise stakeholders, coordinate research across workstreams, maintain research quality, and coach designers and product managers in research practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of UX research experience in a complex environment, including independently leading large-scale research initiatives and strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods. Requires strong advisory skills, constructive stakeholder challenge, fluent Dutch, and a strong command of English.
