Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage design scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance across basic and detailed design phases for a major biopharmaceutical capital project. Coordinate design with procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, while managing design changes, technical risks, BIM documentation, and project handover.

- Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage design scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance across basic and detailed design phases for a major biopharmaceutical capital project. Coordinate design with procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations, while managing design changes, technical risks, BIM documentation, and project handover.
Requirements
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline and proven capital project experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments are required. Candidates should have experience with Central Utility Buildings, laboratories, and administration spaces, along with multidisciplinary team leadership and knowledge of regulatory, permitting, GMP/GxP, and site compliance requirements.
