Requirements
- Candidates need proven product, UX, and UI design experience, including a strong background in crypto, Web3, or complex fintech products, and expert Figma and interaction design skills. They should be experienced in simplifying complex financial workflows, working in regulated and fast-moving environments, using AI tools to prototype quickly, and optimizing designs with customer insights and metrics.
