Manage the design process from pre-construction through delivery, coordinating design information, programmes, approvals, consultants, subcontractors, and client requirements. Requirements
- Applicants must have site-based design management experience working directly for a recognised main contractor, with a strong understanding of buildability, sequencing, and construction methodology. They should have experience coordinating consultant and subcontractor design on major building projects, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; candidates solely from architectural practices or consultancies are not considered.
