Manage and develop a high-performing design team while partnering across functions to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes and support strategic planning and budget management.
Requirements
- Requires 8–10 years of product, UX, or interaction design experience, including leading and developing design teams, plus a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and measurable impact. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred, along with expertise in modern design workflows, Figma, and cross-functional collaboration.
