Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for Gather Connect and Gather Care, from research and prototyping through polished interfaces, implementation, and release. Partner with patients, clinicians, product, engineering, and operations to create accessible, trustworthy experiences that support human connection and clinical decision-making.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of relevant experience, a portfolio demonstrating shipped product work and end-to-end ownership, and strong interaction and visual design craft. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, able to conduct user research, and experienced in applying accessibility standards such as WCAG; healthcare, older-adult, voice, and AI product experience are advantageous.
