Lead design coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines during detailed design and construction, ensuring drawing quality, code compliance, and timely resolution of design issues. Manage design information, changes, BIM workflows, stakeholder meetings, approvals, reporting, and implementation schedules in alignment with construction objectives.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in design, design management, or project management for high-rise buildings. Candidates must hold a Level I Design or Project Management Practicing Certificate, have strong design coordination and leadership skills, understand change, cost, schedule, and risk management, and be proficient in technical English and tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
