Translate user stories into desktop and mobile interfaces, create realistic AI-assisted prototypes, and deliver designs ready for development. Maintain and expand the multibrand design system, collaborate with product and engineering, gather targeted user feedback, and improve AI-supported design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Translate user stories into desktop and mobile interfaces from sketch to development‑ready handoff
- Build functional prototypes using AI tools for early validation with team and users
- Participate in refinement sessions, clarifying questions with development and PO early
- Maintain and extend the multibrand design system for both design and development use
- Advance AI‑supported design workflows and share findings with the design team
- Gather targeted user feedback to inform decisions when it adds clear value
- Make autonomous design decisions and justify them concisely
- Balance rapid iteration (80% completeness) with detailed refinement as needed
Requirements
- Several years of interface design experience for complex digital products at senior level
- Strong portfolio demonstrating reliable delivery of interfaces into production
- Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, Lovable, Cursor) and deep understanding of their capabilities
- Expert proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, and Design Systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or frontend components
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of design decisions, and communicate rationale clearly
- Team player who collaborates closely with developers and product owners
- Experience in the gastronomy sector is a plus
