Design and improve intuitive interfaces and workflows for Action1's SaaS platform, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn requirements and user needs into practical solutions, and occasionally create visual assets for web, HR, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve intuitive interfaces and workflows for Action1's SaaS platform, creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn requirements and user needs into practical solutions, and occasionally create visual assets for web, HR, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Applicants should have at least two years of professional UI/UX or product design experience, preferably with SaaS or web applications, and strong skills in interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design. Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools is expected; a portfolio demonstrating product design work is requested, while experience with complex B2B products, research, accessibility, HTML/CSS, or IT and cybersecurity is advantageous.
