Requirements
- Candidates should have more than 8 years of digital product design experience, a strong portfolio, excellent visual craft, and practical user research experience. They should be proficient in Figma, communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, demonstrate people leadership and conflict-resolution skills, and be motivated by public service; frontend experience is a plus.

We proactively identify areas where technology can help, test our prototypes with actual users, and bring our best ones to launch. This includes everything from building better frontend applications for citizens, to automating the internal operations of public agencies.
