Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required, along with relevant work experience, including internships, in areas such as public service, business processes, or software and product design. Candidates should demonstrate user-centred research and design skills, clear communication, systems thinking, initiative, and collaboration; experience with Figma and Agile teams is preferred.
