Senior UX Researcher – Digital Experience (Business Banking)

Lead end-to-end research and discovery across Business Banking digital products, selecting appropriate methods and translating complex findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with product, design, and business leaders to influence strategy and investment decisions, improve research practices, and mentor junior researchers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research and discovery across Business Banking digital products, selecting appropriate methods and translating complex findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with product, design, and business leaders to influence strategy and investment decisions, improve research practices, and mentor junior researchers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with six to eight years of UX design research experience. Preferred qualifications include research strategy leadership, experience improving research practices and mentoring researchers, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
