Senior UX Researcher – Digital Experience (Business Banking)

Lead end-to-end research and discovery across Business Banking digital products, translating client, employee, and stakeholder needs into actionable insights that guide product direction, strategy, and investment decisions. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research and discovery across Business Banking digital products, translating client, employee, and stakeholder needs into actionable insights that guide product direction, strategy, and investment decisions. Build cross-functional partnerships, advance research standards and practices, and mentor junior researchers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with six to eight years of UX design research experience. Preferred qualifications include expertise influencing product strategy and senior leaders, experience shaping research practices and mentoring researchers, and familiarity with complex or regulated organizations and Business Banking experiences.
