Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product or UX design experience on a B2B product, proficiency with Figma or other design tools, and an empathetic, self-directed approach to solving customer problems. Construction accounting, construction ERP, fintech, payments, and construction industry experience are helpful but not required; no education requirement is stated.
