Senior Product Designer

Own the platform's UX vision and lead the design process from research through delivery, translating complex back-office workflows into simple, intuitive solutions for park managers and receptionists. Extend the Figma design system, identify process improvements, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Define the look and feel of the platform from research to delivery
- Empathise with park managers and receptionists to turn challenges into simple solutions
- Extend and maintain the company design system in Figma
- Identify opportunities to improve processes across the product
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Lead complex automation design and visual quality for new features
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio covering end‑to‑end product design
- Expertise with Figma and design systems
- Ability to work with product managers and engineers
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Located in the Overijssel region (Zwolle/Enschede)
- Bachelor‑level education or higher
