Organization Design Manager (all genders)

Advise senior executives on organization transformation, operating model design, shared services, and organization optimization, and lead project teams in developing and implementing strategic solutions. Take responsibility for business development and the growth of the European practice, while coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Advise C‑level clients on organization transformation and future‑proof operating models
• Support strategic questions around governance, processes, incentives, workforce and culture
• Help clients optimize and activate growth programs, cost‑reduction measures and complexity reduction
• Guide implementation aspects such as communication, leadership role, success measurement and training
• Contribute to business development and practice growth within Accenture Strategy
• Coach and develop junior team members

Requirements

• University degree in economics, psychology, STEM or similar (MBA or PhD a plus)
• 5+ years experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with focus on organization design, corporate development, shared services or operating‑model transformation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in German and English
• Deep knowledge of project‑management methods and digital transformation
• Interest in technology and digital topics
