Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery through handoff, creating and validating intuitive experiences for legal professionals while using AI tools to explore and accelerate design solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to improve activation and conversion, measure outcomes, document learnings, and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design from discovery to handoff, providing technical leadership daily
- Design flows and interfaces for legal professionals to reduce friction and drive conversion
- Prototype quickly (low & high fidelity) and run rapid hypothesis‑test‑learn cycles
- Leverage Claude Design AI to generate layout variations, copy and benchmark analysis
- Integrate AI‑enhanced experiences into the Astrea platform while preserving user control
- Apply behavioral psychology principles ethically to improve funnel performance
- Define and track success metrics such as activation and conversion with the squad
- Conduct usability testing and quantitative/qualitative validation, turning insights into design decisions
- Collaborate daily with product, engineering, data and marketing, delivering robust handoffs
- Document decisions, experiments and contribute to the Design System and knowledge base
Requirements
- Degree in Design or related field
- Solid experience as a Product Designer on complex digital products
- Hands‑on experience with AI design tools, mandatory proficiency in Claude Design
- Strong UX/UI, IA, interaction and prototyping skills
- Experience with user research and validation
- Strategic product thinking linking experience, business goals and metrics
- Clear communication for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Notion, Lovable, Replit
- Optional: AI‑driven product experience, B2B SaaS, legal market knowledge
