Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating large-scale design systems work, including component architecture, token systems, and delivery across multiple platforms. They should bring strong visual and interaction craft, accessibility expertise, engineering fluency, clear communication, and the ability to lead through ambiguity and collaborate transparently.
