Organization Design Manager (all genders)

You will advise C-level clients on organizational transformation, operating model design, and strategic implementation. Additionally, you will manage project teams, drive business development, and coach team members within the European practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise C‑level clients on how to transform their organisations and build future‑ready operating models
• Support strategic questions, steer project teams and take operational and commercial responsibility for practice development
• Consult on Enterprise, Function & Shared Service Design, helping clients adjust organisation, governance, processes, incentives, workforce and culture
• Guide clients through Organization Optimization & Activation, including growth programs, cost‑reduction measures, complexity reduction and redundancy elimination
• Assist with implementation aspects such as transformation communication, leadership roles, success measurement and employee training
• Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and representing the practice at external events

Requirements

• University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Psychology, STEM or similar); MBA or PhD is a plus
• 5+ years experience in strategy consulting or a strategic function within an industrial company, focusing on organization strategy, corporate development, shared services, operating model transformation or talent strategy
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly in German and English
• Deep knowledge of project‑management methods and ability to adapt them to client needs
• Understanding of technology and digitisation topics and how they impact organisational design
• Flexibility and mobility to work on national and international projects
