Responsibilities
- Lead visual design systems and complex design projects for brand experiences and campaigns, translating creative concepts into cohesive work across physical and digital touchpoints. Present and defend design decisions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation, mentor junior designers, and uphold high standards of craft.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least six years of professional design experience, a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and conceptual thinking, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion, 3D, Figma, and AI-supported workflows is preferred. They should be able to manage complex projects, present work to clients, quality-control print production and onsite installations, and travel for project visits and load-ins.
