Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile, and responsive products, from customer discovery and prototyping through implementation. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction, validate solutions with customers, evolve design systems, and use AI-assisted workflows to improve design and delivery.
Requirements
- Requires at least six years of digital product design experience, a strong portfolio, and a record of leading complex initiatives from discovery through implementation. Candidates should be proficient in design systems, customer research, prototyping, AI-assisted design and development tools, and design-to-code workflows, with technical fluency in HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
