Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams; conduct testing and synthesize customer and analytics insights to improve the platform and its design system.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related design or human-computer interaction field, at least five years of product design experience, and a portfolio demonstrating responsive, high-fidelity work with measurable impact. Candidates should be proficient with modern design tools such as Figma, understand user-centered design, usability testing, and WCAG 2.1 AA, and be able to work from the Austin office at least one day per week.
