Requirements
- Requires 5â7 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years at Staff level or equivalent, with proven growth design experience and strong UI, UX, and visual design skills. Candidates should bring expertise in experimentation and analytics, a portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes and AI-related work, and strengths in communication, mentorship, ambiguity management, and cross-functional collaboration.
