Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or at least four years of work experience, plus four or more years of relevant design experience and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered product thinking, visual craft, and interaction design. Candidates should be able to independently drive design from discovery through launch, present and justify decisions, produce high-fidelity work aligned with design systems, use research and data to inform decisions, and demonstrate experience designing shopping and commerce flows.
