Staff Product Designer

Design and iterate on complex AI-enabled cybersecurity workflows, including third-party risk assessments, security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring, using research, analytics, and rapid code-based prototyping. Strengthen the design system and accessibility, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help raise the design team's AI prototyping capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on complex AI-enabled cybersecurity workflows, including third-party risk assessments, security questionnaires, and continuous monitoring, using research, analytics, and rapid code-based prototyping. Strengthen the design system and accessibility, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and help raise the design team's AI prototyping capabilities.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 3 years designing B2B SaaS platform experiences, with a portfolio demonstrating complex interfaces and independently shipped work. Candidates must have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude to build prototypes grounded in an existing codebase and design system, along with design system, Figma, usability testing, analytics, and WCAG 2.2 experience.
