Design and implement workplace layouts, furniture plans, and relocation solutions that support business needs, employee experience, accessibility, safety, and efficient space use. Lead moderately complex projects, coordinate vendors and multidisciplinary teams, maintain enterprise space plans and inventories, and support construction, budgeting, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement workplace layouts, furniture plans, and relocation solutions that support business needs, employee experience, accessibility, safety, and efficient space use. Lead moderately complex projects, coordinate vendors and multidisciplinary teams, maintain enterprise space plans and inventories, and support construction, budgeting, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Requires advanced knowledge of space management, office layouts, interior design, building codes, and project coordination, along with significant experience using AutoCAD or similar software and working knowledge of facility-management applications. Requires an ergonomic certification and a bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience; relevant workplace design experience and credentials such as NCIDQ or LEED are desired.
