- Requires at least five years of experience in a senior or lead design role, covering print and digital design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical versatility. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
