You will transform independent digital tools into an integrated platform for procurement and construction to improve cost, speed, and reliability. You will design data-heavy interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions based on real-world field observations.
Responsibilities
- Transform independent Excel modules for offers, contracts, planning and cost control into an integrated platform
- Design high‑volume data interfaces such as comparison tables, contract scopes, planning dashboards, cost panels and approval flows
- Ensure intuitive UX and high visual quality for users like site managers, construction crews and suppliers
- Define foundations and principles for Project Management data integration and feedback loops
- Design for low‑digital‑savvy users, conduct field visits and translate real‑world observations into UI solutions
- Drive platform adoption from day one, collaborating closely with PM, engineering and construction teams
- Participate in design system evolution, critique sessions and promote AI‑enhanced design processes
- Use product analytics and research to measure adoption, identify pain points and iterate rapidly
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products as a Senior or Lead Product Designer
- Strong portfolio with B2B or high‑data‑volume products
- Experience in fast‑growth startups or similar environments
- Proficiency in qualitative research, customer interviews, and business data analysis
- Deep knowledge of user‑centered design methodologies
- System‑thinking ability to design within complex ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and professional English
- Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and UI text generation
- Familiarity with construction, architecture, or engineering domains is a plus
