- Own the design vision and experience across ECPâs clinical, CRM, and billing products, simplifying workflows and delivering consistent, accessible experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Lead customer research, AI feature design, design-system development, prototyping, and collaboration with product and engineering, while connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product or UX design experience, including end-to-end design leadership, mentoring, executive communication, and measurable business impact. Candidates should demonstrate strong visual and interaction design, shipped AI features, design-system adoption, Figma and Claude proficiency, hands-on research and testing, and working knowledge of WCAG; a design-related bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
