Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. Candidates should have experience leading UX work on complex, multi-platform products, overseeing research, using industry-standard design tools, influencing cross-functional teams, and presenting a portfolio demonstrating strategic design leadership.
