UX Designer - Sector Financiero / Bancario
Devsu Remote (🇪🇨 Quito, Quito Canton, Ecuador)
Research, design, prototype, validate, and continuously improve user-centered digital banking experiences, including information architecture, navigation flows, and interactive interfaces. Conduct usability testing, interpret experience metrics, apply accessibility practices, and present findings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centered digital experiences from research to high‑fidelity prototypes
- Apply Double Diamond, Design Thinking and UCD methodologies
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs
- Create information architectures, navigation flows, journeys and UI designs in Figma
- Plan and run moderated and unmoderated usability tests, analyze results and iterate
- Interpret experience metrics such as CES and CSAT and apply findings
- Ensure accessibility compliance and usability best practices
- Present findings and design proposals using storytelling and manage feedback with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UX/UI or digital product design experience
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (required) and Design Systems
- Strong knowledge of user research, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping
- Experience with usability testing and experience metrics (CES, CSAT)
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural or FigJam
- Familiarity with Maze, Hotjar, Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards
- Effective communication, storytelling and teamwork skills
